Global warming and associated climate change are ongoing processes worldwide, behind which anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions play the main role. Renewable energy sources integrated in hybrid systems (HES) fundamental solutions to meet demands a sustainable manner. Proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysers fuel cell stacks can be used as integral components of HES several applications, for instance supplying offshore. Due integration with irregular renewable variability demands, those will frequently operated at part-load conditions. The novelty this work lies incorporation performance models high-capacity stacks.
